Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By installing and using the CareRadius Google Sheets Add-on ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use License You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal ministry or organizational purposes, subject to the purchase of a valid subscription where applicable.

3. Google Maps Platform This Service utilizes the Google Maps Platform to provide geocoding and routing data. By using this Service, you are also bound by:

• Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service

• Google Privacy Policy

4. Planning Center Integration

• Independence: CareRadius is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Planning Center.

• API Availability: This Service integrates with the Planning Center API. We do not guarantee the continued availability of this integration if Planning Center updates, restricts, or terminates API access.

• Data Usage: You agree that your use of data imported from Planning Center is subject to your organization's existing agreements with Planning Center.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Processing (Stripe)

• Third-Party Processing: We use Stripe to process secure payments. CareRadius does not access or store your credit card details. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Services Agreement.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is." CareRadius makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of mapping data, geocoding precision, or uptime. You acknowledge that automated assignments are suggestions only and should be verified by a human leader before use. We are not responsible for leaders or members being sent to incorrect locations.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall CareRadius or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or ministry disruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for abuse of API quotas that degrades service for other users.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
