First, try refreshing your browser tab. If the sidebar still doesn't appear, look for the CareRadius icon in the vertical toolbar on the far right side of your screen. Click it to open the sidebar manually.

Google limits how long a script can run (usually 6 minutes). If you have a very large database (2,000+ members), try processing your data in smaller batches or use the "Incremental Rebuild" checkbox in the Distance Matrix tool.

• No Coordinates: The address might be missing or invalid. Run the "Geocode" tool again.

• Optimization Issue: The member has a valid address, but no Leader was within driving range, or your Leaders are at full capacity. Try increasing Leader capacity in the Settings tab.

To save you money on API costs, we respect Google's "query limits." We process distances in batches of 50 to prevent overloading the system. Please be patient and let the blue progress bar finish!
